Counsel to the Foundation Devin O’Brien, Esq., is also Deputy General Counsel and Vice President for The Doctors Company. Prior to joining The Doctors Company, Mr. O’Brien was in private practice, where his practice was devoted to litigation, primarily of professional liability claims and to coverage analysis and monitoring work for various insurers. Prior to attending law school, Mr. O’Brien worked on Capitol Hill for a prominent member of the California congressional delegation. He also served a secondment with the Beazley Syndicate and is active with the legal section of the MPL Association.
